NashiMarket provides a premium marketplace for Islamic audio content, including nasheeds, vocals, sound effects, previews, downloads, licenses, and related creator services. By accessing or using NashiMarket, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you and NashiMarket. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account, purchase products, activate VIP membership, download files, or use the platform.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
• NashiMarket may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Premium/VIP Membership

VIP membership provides access to premium features described at the time of activation, such as original audio playback, original downloads, VIP dashboard access, and priority features. VIP access is subject to the selected plan duration, account status, and continued compliance with these terms.

Product Code Usage

• Product codes may be used only by the account holder who receives or purchases them.
• Codes must not be shared, resold, distributed publicly, or used to bypass payment systems.
• NashiMarket may disable codes that appear to be compromised, duplicated, expired, or misused.
• A valid product code grants access only to the specific product and license associated with that code.

Downloads & Licensing

Downloads are provided for authorized personal, educational, creative, or commercial use only as permitted by the product license. You may not redistribute, sublicense, upload to stock libraries, claim authorship, or use content in unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful projects.

Intellectual Property

All NashiMarket content, branding, product artwork, audio files, software, documentation, and marketplace materials are owned by NashiMarket or its licensors. Your purchase or VIP subscription grants usage rights under the applicable license; it does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Digital products, activation codes, downloads, and VIP subscriptions may be non-refundable once delivered, activated, downloaded, or consumed, except where required by applicable law or when NashiMarket determines that a refund is appropriate.

User Responsibilities

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, permissions, payment, VIP, download, or licensing controls.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, attack, or disrupt NashiMarket systems.
• Respect the rights of creators, artists, licensors, and other users.

Account Suspension

NashiMarket may suspend or terminate access to protect users, creators, intellectual property, payment systems, audio permissions, VIP features, or platform integrity. Suspensions may occur without prior notice when misuse, fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized downloads, or policy violations are detected.
